Case management
The management information that SAM provides will help you identify employees with potentially serious illnesses or injuries who may benefit from early assessment and treatment leading to recovery and back to health - and back to work.
Assistance from either a remote telephone based SAM Absence Assessment or a full case management service can be extremely helpful in situations where employees expect to be absent beyond a certain number of days; are suffering from stress; have musculoskeletal problems; or show frequent instances of short term absence.
SAM can work with your own resources - for example, the system can be set up so that your own occupational health service is notified of triggered events such as stress and orthopaedic issues - or you can utilise the range of management and intervention services from AXA ICAS that can integrate with SAM.
