Managers who don't take holidays put themselves and their organisations at risk

Neglecting holidays can prove to be a serious error for the well-being of employees and, ultimately, their organisations. Despite this, research from the Chartered Management Institute shows that increasing numbers of senior executives are failing to book their full holiday allowance even though they admit that holidays help them 'cope better with work stress'.
