International Employee Assistance Programmes
AXA ICAS delivers a consistently high level of service through a network of international offices and strategic partners. No other EAP provider understands local culture and regional variations as well as we do.
In the last eight years we have embarked on an ambitious programme of overseas developments with the strategic vision to develop locally deliverable country EAP services on a global basis. Central to this strategy is the marketing of EAP concepts and services to local business and the tailoring of all of our services to that business culture, but at the same time maintaining international clinical and operational standards. ICAS now provides full EAP services through ICAS international offices in Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Holland, India, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, Norway, Southern Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Taiwan.
All ICAS local offices adhere to the same strict clinical and managerial standards.

Strategic partnerships
Strategic partnerships with providers who meet the stringent AXA ICAS procedural, clinical and customer service requirements provide AXA ICAS services in the United States and Nordic countries. We are continuing to develop and expand worldwide to provide an increasing range of quality services to a growing population.
We can assist and support organisations in other nations beyond those where AXA ICAS offices are located, through alternative arrangements and a variety of service levels. In addition we can support English speaking expatriates from anywhere in the world through our UK international call centre.
Our experience is often that multinationals require assistance with one of the key challenges involved in rolling out EAP services around the world; that of "selling" and "making relevant" EAP concepts to local business and social cultures where this will be very new and possibly alien. AXA ICAS is able to assist in this process locally if the style of global roll-out dictates this level of support.
