  • Psychological First Aid (for First Responders)
    For staff who are expected to be first line responders when an incident occurs e.g. security staff, HR, telephone responders.
  • Assisting employees after a trauma (for Managers, HR Managers)
    For HR staff, OH and managers who are supporting individuals and teams in the workplace after a trauma.
  • Secondary trauma and resilience
    For staff who are exposed to crisis or listen to other's experiences of crisis on a regular basis.
  • Immediate, short or long-term effects of trauma
    A 2-day course for HR managers or Occupational Health staff, who require an in-depth knowledge of the effects of trauma on staff.
