The ICAS CRISIScall® service has designed a series on workshops focussing on different groups of employees of the organisation who have specific roles to play - from reception and security guards to directors.
All workshops are tailor made to match the requirements of the organisation and staff group.

For staff and managers who have been affected by an incident or crisis, or at risk of workplace incidents
- Trauma awareness
For all staff who require knowledge of reactions and appropriate responses after a trauma.
- Bereavement Support
For HR staff and managers who are expected to manage the situation at work following the death of an employee or family members.
- Psychological First Aid (for First Responders)
For staff who are expected to be first line responders when an incident occurs e.g. security staff, HR, telephone responders.
- Assisting employees after a trauma (for Managers, HR Managers)
For HR staff, OH and managers who are supporting individuals and teams in the workplace after a trauma.
- Secondary trauma and resilience
For staff who are exposed to crisis or listen to other's experiences of crisis on a regular basis.
- Immediate, short or long-term effects of trauma
A 2-day course for HR managers or Occupational Health staff, who require an in-depth knowledge of the effects of trauma on staff.
