  • Telephone counselling with professionally qualified counsellors
  • Contracted telephone counselling available as an alternative to face to face counselling
  • Work-life services (LifeManagement™) offering legal, financial, debt, consumer, familycare support
  • Online EAP resource for user friendly access to information on a wide range of topics
  • Professional face to face counselling across the UK, with up to 5 sessions per case
  • Off-site individual specialist trauma counselling following personal or group-affected incidents
  • Manager Coaching, by telephone, to develop soft-skills and support difficult employee initiatives
  • Option to include wellbeingworks® online Health Risk Assessment tool and accompanying, comprehensive health and well-being portal
  • Service implementation, launch guidance and marketing materials, including a CD-Rom to assist orientation briefings to staff, and ongoing regular promotion to keep the programme 'alive'
  • Comprehensive MIS, incorporating regular statistical reports, annual Behavioural Risk Review with strategic recommendations, and access to the online ICASxtra MIS portal
  • Dedicated Account Consultant, and team, to manage and evolve your contract on a day to day basis.
